Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the Dabouq Village mobile application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

Dabouq Village provides a loyalty rewards program that allows users to:

• Earn points on purchases at participating venues within Dabouq Village mall
• Receive tier-based discounts based on accumulated points
• Track transaction history and points balance
• Receive promotional offers and notifications

3. Account Registration

To use the App, you must:

• Be at least 13 years of age
• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Use only one account per person

4. Points and Rewards

Earning Points

• Points are earned at a rate of 1 point per 1 JOD spent at participating venues
• Points are credited after the transaction is verified
• Points are non-transferable between accounts

Tier System

• Bronze (0-149 points): 5% discount
• Silver (150-499 points): 10% discount
• Gold (500-1499 points): 15% discount
• Platinum (1500+ points): 20% discount

Discount Application

• Discounts are applied automatically when you present your QR code
• Discounts apply to the purchase amount before taxes
• Some items or promotions may be excluded from the loyalty discount

5. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

• Create multiple accounts or share accounts with others
• Attempt to manipulate or fraudulently earn points
• Use the App for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Attempt to reverse engineer, hack, or compromise the App
• Share or transfer your QR code to non-account holders
• Use screenshots of your QR code instead of the live App

6. Refunds and Point Adjustments

If you return a purchase:

• Points earned from that purchase will be deducted from your account
• If a refund causes your tier to change, your discount rate will be adjusted accordingly
• Refunds are processed according to the participating venue's return policy

7. Modifications to Service

Dabouq Village reserves the right to:

• Modify or discontinue the loyalty program at any time
• Change point earning rates, tier thresholds, or discount rates
• Add or remove participating venues
• Update these Terms with reasonable notice

8. Intellectual Property

The App, including its design, features, and content, is owned by Dabouq Village and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the App without our written permission.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the App will be error-free, secure, or continuously available.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Dabouq Village shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App or participation in the loyalty program.

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violation of these Terms. Upon termination, all accumulated points will be forfeited. You may delete your account at any time through the App settings.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Amman, Jordan.
