How do I earn points?

Simply show your QR code in the App to the cashier when making a purchase at any participating venue. You'll earn 1 point for every 1 JOD spent.

When do my points expire?

Points do not expire as long as your account remains active. However, accounts with no activity for 12 months may be subject to review.

How do I get my discount?

Your discount is applied automatically when you present your QR code. The cashier will scan it, and your tier-based discount will be applied to your purchase.

Can I use multiple devices?

For security, each account is linked to one device at a time. If you change devices, contact support to transfer your account.

What if my points are missing?

Points may take up to 24 hours to appear after a transaction. If points are still missing after this time, contact support with your receipt details.

How do I delete my account?

You can delete your account from the Settings page in the App. Alternatively, email ali@valence-group.net with your request. Please note that deleting your account will forfeit all accumulated points.
